1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹999

• Free Shipping: Available on orders ₹999 and above

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner name.
You can also track your order anytime from the “Track My Order” section on our website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for support

• For damaged products, please share photos/videos of the item and packaging

• If the delivery is marked as "delivered" but not received, inform us within 3 days for investigation

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select pin codes.

• An additional ₹50 COD charge may apply.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment.

8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or non-payment:

• We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-shipping charges may apply)

• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges
