At Nook Nosh, we strive to ensure that every customer loves their purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product

You received the wrong item

The product was expired on arrival
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal dislike of fragrance after use or change of mind.
2. Return & Exchange Window

You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order

Requests made after this period will not be eligible
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via:

A brief reason for return/exchange

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (including shipping label)

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Return/Exchange Conditions
To be eligible:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

The outer shipping box, invoice, and product seals (if any) must be intact
5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once the return is approved and received, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

In case of COD orders, we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges

If eligible, we will ship the replacement product at no extra cost

Exchanges are subject to stock availability
7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before they are shipped (whichever is earlier)

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Free gifts or promotional items
