At Nook Nosh, we take pride in crafting and delivering perfumes that embody quiet luxury and long-lasting elegance. Every bottle is handled with utmost care to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
Because perfumes are personal-use products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at care@nooknosh.in with your order details. -
After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return if it meets our return criteria below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or fragrance mismatch.
We only accept returns if:

The product is damaged in transit

You received the wrong item
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos or videos showing the damage/incorrect product
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only for orders cancelled before shipping or in the rare case of product unavailability.

If a replacement is not possible for a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used perfumes

Products without original packaging and seal
